Still practicin' with photoshop. I tried using some motion blur techniques in this one.

This my tribute to the best cartoon of the 90's. Rocko was the most adorable thing ever. I can actually do a flawless impersonation of filbert's voice.

Rocko needs to come back. Stupid Nickalodeon Putting on Pre-teen Crap now. Even now, the ONLY thing Nick has going for it IMO is fairly odd parents. Man did they go downhill

Oh man, does this bring back memories, one of the first random comedy cartoons around I think. Ed bighead, the to cartoon characters they used to watch. And heffer 'n' filbert..... Good times, good times...
