This one came out alot better then the first..I must admit. X3 lol. Probably because I took my time to draw this on paper instead of doodling it straight on the computer....but the colouring is crap..

you rule at backgrounds, but your character is very lopsided... as most anime artists, you forgot the chin, and you forgot the forehead, and although anime eyes are big,they dont take up one fourth of the face... also you forgot the top of the skull there man- he (she) looks like frankenstien or something... add more skull, draw a perfect circle first that should pervent you from drawing the face so... loppsided.. also the nose is pretty wonky... i dunno you should put it closer to the huge eye... and make hte mouth not so close to the nose... also... err... where did the neck go? it should atleast be a little bit more closer to the chin... blah, some more advice, look at refernces, dont settle for a bad picture just because your done, trust me, you will go through thousands of pencils... and billions of erasers... dont settle for this.. you can do better.
