Angel Eyes
The darkest of jewels,
broken, yet flawless, in my eyes.
Wings of soot and shadow,
broken by your possessive master.
Angel Eyes,
you could free me.
You hold me here.
I am your prisoner,
never to be set free,
Dearest Angel Eyes.
Eyes are blinded by raging tears,
but, somehow, you still can see.
The palest glow from those eyes warms me,
Now who is cursed to forever loneliness?
Angel Eyes,
do not free me.
I beg you, please don\'t cry!
You\'re all right, now.
Please don\'t free me,
Little Angel Eyes!
Your hair flows like the midnight wind.
We part once more, sadly, never to meet again.
I cannot bear to see you cry, Angel Eyes,
because of the sadness I see there,
within those glowing blue depths..
Angel Eyes
I beg of you.
Oh, please don\'t hurt!
Please don\'t look back,
My Angel Eyes.
Angel Eyes,
my first and only love.
When the dawn comes once more,
and the sadness parts only for awe of it,
I’ll remember the phantom girl with no true name,
who is forever my Angel Eyes.
Your voice fades through the nightmare of loneliness,
and I hear your final good-bye.
I shout my forgotten reply.
The last thing I hear is that voice,
“I will be free of my master!”
That poor, sad memory, the memory of the
Shattered Angel Eyes.
My only love.
My Angel Eyes.
