Unfortunetly, the characters will mean nothing to you unless you're a fan of the LiveJournal roleplay, "Street Prince". The characters are really just twisted versions of Fudoumine's Tachibana Kippei and Ishida Tetsu. I, of course, played Ishida Tetsu.
Both characters do not belong to me.
note* The "mature" rating is a just-in-case. I can't judge material as well as many others.
