Sailor Titanium Faerie

First of all, I LOVE this picture!!! Seriously! I don't know what it is about it exactlly but I fell in love with this. This is :sailortachine:'s character. She has some wicked cool fuku designs and this one just jumped out and me and practically beat me over the head yelling, "DRAW ME!!" lol

She says she doesn't get much fan art, which is crazy cause her characters rock my socks! So....to all my fans out there.......Go Draw Her Fan Art, It's fun!!! lol

I'm trying to improve my art but I don't know where to start. I would LOVE photoshop. But I am poor. Oh well, CC and Faves and all that would be VERY much appreciated! All compliments on the design/fuku go to Tachine and her awesomenessnessness.
