My computer's finally working again, which gave me the chance to finish this for ~Sonicfan101. I'll probably do a few more until the contest ends, then I'll work on the prizes.

I also had a tough time looking over a few reference pictures, but I used the one he made for Easter. I saw some light blue streaks on him too, kinda like Shadow has. I hope I got them right!
