Speak, Dolly

I wasn't sure what category to place this in, so its just in Misc. But if you think it would be better placed somewhere else, please tell me.

First piece done in Photoshop :) So forgive the crapiness of it. Used brushes for the background. Im not a huge fan of the colouring. The only thing I do like is the shading for the eye. But thats probably about it.

Any critique on this is greatly appreciated.
