Beautiful! I've always wanted to try out Poser... I've only used 3D Studio Max and Milkshape before. ;)
One thing though, if I may nitpick? The lighting in this image is coming from the sky behind Tariya, but you've also got a mysterious light source from in front and to the (viewer's) right, and it just threw me off. o_O
Very nice, though! I love the pose you've got her in. ;)
