Yeah here it is, with the table chart I drew as well.
What I basically did in Photoshop was put the lines of the chart(including the tables' names) into another layer, then I decreased that layer's opacity to 50%, and created a new layer below that one, which I filled with white, and carefully drew the outlines of the tables.
I hope it's an ok layout, took me some hours. ^^
