Despite the fact that very few people liked my previous anime drawings, I have secretly been practicing and I think I've gotten a lot better. So... I've decided to show my progress with a good head I've drawn. I haven't been able to make a body that fits her yet, so I'm just showing you the head with a makeshift neck and makeshift shoulders. Everyone I've shown the picture to likes it, but I don't know, they could just be acting polite.
I did shading, but I kind of like it better without it for some reason, especially the hair.

The drawing itself is very smooth and since you are aiming for the anime-ish style the pink hair and stuff fits too.
but jesus christ.. Whats up with the face? I dont want to sound unpolite or rude here but somebody needs to critique a little since people are being too nice.
I hate the anime-ish effect when the huge disgusting eyes are above the hair. Its okay for eyebrows since you still need to see the expression beyond the huge hair but the eyes over it just seem... wrong.
I´ll just say what I dont like about it even though yeah Its anime and thats always a good excuse
but the mouth is too small and a little too high, it gives her a big chin. and her face looks too small cause of that too
The nose is styleless and boring, its acceptable still well actually its the only thing in the face Id leave like that, since its a style choice.
Well the eyes are just pure wrong. Try different eyes all kind of styles not just anime. It always ruins the drawing if somebody trys this huge anime-eye style and then does it wrong.
Well thats all I can whine about for now. Its not a bad drawing but I´m just the kind of type who likes to point out the bad things of pictures, so dont take me wrong.

It's good, but I am painfully reminded of my friend when looking at the eyes. He always used to harrass anime drawings, complaining about how the eyes and eyebrows were always above the hair and he didn't get that.
It's an awesome drawing, the only thing I think needs work is the eyes. Good stuff.

May I ask what your brush setting is on? I use a tablet thinger, and even though I have the pressure and tilt buttons off, it still makes some lines wider than the others.
