You should use photoshop, the lines would be much smoother. Over all this isn't bad, better than anything I could do on paint. But yeah, try photoshop (if you don't already).
She doesn't have photoshop, and I'm not sure if her computer can handle it right now. o_o;; And Photoshop isn't everything (though I pretty much use it for everything...except during my "I'm don't feel like running it so I'll just doodle junk on paint" phase xD).
Anyways...proportioning for females would mostly just matter if you did the body right? Since the head is not really that much different... Hmm...funny, her face looks more like a guy's to me. xD I have weird eyes... Anyways, she looks better than any people I draw on paint. Though, those were never proportioned...or if they were, I never got pass the eyes, nose, and mouth. *too lazy* And well, if I did got pass that, the proportion would be wrong anyways. xD Like the Garn thing I did for you.

That's some good advice right there. It might look better and you'd probably get more hits if you photoshopped your pixel art. XP
