The hands.... it's just awesome! I think her skirt and shoes look just fine. The coloring is indeed very awesome! Overall rating: awesome! (I lurves the word, can ya tell?)
Acutally the skirt looks fine as normally in anime the skirt is usually too short. I do like how well do did the shirt and I don't really think teh arm is too long but maybe the other arm is too 'stubby'. like maybe to wide.
The pose is great and the coloring technique is fine, but I'm missing some more reflective light off of her... hit her upper half with some strong green light and up the contrast between the luminous and shaded sides, and it's a winner, I think.
