Indeed he is. Based on one of my favorite stills(to be specific, it's from the episode "Spongeguard on Duty")...I put Wednesday on his underwear cause it made him seem dorkier than he already is, and Wednesday is my favorite day. Why? Well: Wed-NES-day.

I think this is one of the best Spongebob drawings you've done. It looks very much like the way he's drawn in the cartoon when the artists changes the style slightly (Like they did sometimes during ren and stimpy).
