Mario 64 ds review

Super Mario 64 DS

To start off, everyone who gets a DS is ganna get this game. Really, I did, and I know three other people who did, and six people who are. Lets start off.

Comparason:

This game is huge!Compared to the original this one has to come out on top, with the extra characters, more stars, mini games and the scribble drawing at the menu. But,the originals still got the detail,I mean its abit rough but its still there. Over all it’s the greatest Mario game of all time shoved into a microchip.

Graphics:

Well what do you expect? Nintendo’s first major DS game has to be stunnig. When I first played this game I was in utter awe. I could’ve actually spent an hour just appricietating how the water didn’t look like jelly (animal crossing anyone?). Its so much fun to explore a miny castle!
4/5

Story:

This was actually pretty dissapointing. I mean, the princess is kidnapped, like zelda hasn’t done that twice in all of there games.
2/5

Gameplay:

To be honest,it took me a couple of trys to figure out whitch was jump and whitch was run. But besides that its generally smooth and easy to master.
3/5

Audio:

Not too bad,not to good either…

2/5

Originality:

Its kinda hard to call a remake original. But this game m,ake up for that with the great touchscreen minigames.
4/5

Touchscreen:

You can be playing the mini game for literally hours. That is,after you “catch” them. Throughout the game there are rabbits scattered everywhere. Catch one and you win a minigame.NOTEo not try to catch a rabbit using warios stubby little legs.He plods along like a drunk duck.

4/5

Overall:

Why havn’t you bought this yet?

9.1/10
