I got Lividie's phoenix character, Thokka, for this round of Avian Art Exchange on Livejournal. I liked doing the crest feathers because they contrast so well with the rest of the feathers, and it was quite fun working with the warm reds, oranges and yellows.
Ugh, this is such a horrible scan. I had to photocopy this down from A3 as I do with most of my drawings and my scanner seems to hate photocopies at the moment. *hits it* 0.o;;
Oh well, I hope Lividie likes it none the less.
