Water Dragon Colored

My dad just messaged me in Yahoo giving me this. He is great at coloring pictures and such, though I'm still wondering how the hell he got this picture. The only way he could have gotten it and the inked virsion is being on here, but I never gave him this site o.o He might have gotten the not inked one from my site, which I still have to delete >>;;; Anyway, he did this for me. he's great at this ^^!
