i felt like drawing cats...i seriously should learn how to draw them...they always turn out so freaky. anyways, i still think it's quite cute xD oh yeah, i'm not sure if this is anime, but i put it under that category anyway...

I love her hair, the style and detail and the little curls hanging down. I've always really loved those when people draw them.
You drew her clothes very well too, especially the frilly bit on her skirt.

And I love her shoes as well as the hair (I love the way you draw details). Her red eyes are so cool too.
I seriously need to learn to draw cats as well ^^'. The cat behind her right feet (left in the piccie) is the coolest xD
...and for some reason I fell ion love with the thingies on her feet... the belt-thingies I mean. You drew something for me to fave xD (I haven't favorited anything for a while o_O)
