Megaman X - Red-Winged Soldier

This one's a bit older...X in Command Mission gear (which I liked...but that's another thing altogether...) And I always thought the "scarf" seemed more like wings than a scarf at times, especially considering their placement on X's back and the way they flare out when he goes into hyper mode.

As for the pic itself...well, creative liberties at work...; (<--can account for mistakes this way...) There was something messed up about the way Photoshop was displaying the pic (it's always been that way...really wreaks havok with the dark pics) so it's too dark... And I also forgot to account for the fact that the red flames would make everything seem redder...by the time I remembered it again, I'd lost all interest in the pic.
