This is my Sailor Neptune fanart, it was done by pencil, then inked and colored in Potoshop, that's why it looks normal lol

I presume you use the magic wand to fill things in?
You know, if you duplicate the layor, go to layor opens on it and then select multiply on the little bar near the top you can colour on the first layor without worrying about going over the lines ^-^
Anyway, I like this a lot. Gotta love Michiru!
