This started out as one of those "ahaha, im just sketching and fooling around" type of things. And then it became something that I actually liked.
Took me a grand total of 15 mins - maybe. Just some random werewolf puking blood. Why? Because most of my characters often have uncontrolable muscle spasums that make them puke one way or another. For no reason.
