The reflection does look a little odd. I think you forgot to mirror the reflection so that he'd be looking "up" instead of "down." The front paw should align with the mirrored front paw too to make it lok like it's attached properly. His reflection's face may end up in those leaves underwater up there, so if that's a problem for you you can try to move them if possible.
Still, it's a very nice picture. Just those few fixes and I think it would be better. :3
