Some nights the wolves are silent, and only the moon howls. This was an experiment in lighting; I wanted to see if I could do a 'backlit' look. The wolf was drawn, colored and shaded in MetaCreations Painter 6; the background is a mix of MetaTools Bryce 2, Adobe Photoshop 7, and Corel Photo-Paint 8, among other things. Image © Scarlett R.
