Rice Flight

"I'm lovin this hat!" Kit hummed gleefully.
"Shh! There's the house!"
Kit knocked on the wood and glass paneling of the shining hut.
"Now remember," Kiohl whispered under he=r gloved hand,"our primary goal is the scroll." The fox instantly turned serious and nodded right before the door slid open. An old, grizzled bison answered the door, looking down over his large muzzle at the two standing on his doorstep in the middle of the night. "Hello sir, so sorry for distubing you at this time of night, but might you be able to spare a small something for the societies collection this week?" inquired Kiohl. The bison mumbled deep inside his throat; he hated the society collecters. He turned his huge bulk aroudn and went back inside his house to rummage for some trinket or other. Kit took her que and, with a wink at Kiohl, slipped inside the house through the unclosed door. "Only the scroll!" hissed Kiohl after her. After a few moments of uneasy shifting outside of the house, Kiohl suddenly heard a large crash of pottery, then the inevitable "THIEF!!!" Kit yelled "heads up!" as she threw the scroll to Kiohls' outstretched paw. Kiohl barely managed to catch a large basket of rice that was hurled to her right after the scroll. Not stopping to question, the mokey turned and fled the hut, Kit fast on her heels, trying to avoid the pottery and cups hurtling from the house. "I told you, JUST THE SCROLL!"Kiohl panted as they sped from the clattering hosue. As she caught up with the mokey and sprinted beside her, Kit merely stated "Well, I was hungry!"
