Lady Gaia, the soul of our planet, is a character that I like to play with in my art as well as imagination. There really is so much potential to her, because she is almost all that our lives are based upon. This painting is an attempt to explore the ideas of interconnectivity, natural cycles, slowly merging into infinity.

*Please* check out the detail shots - there's SO much lost in resizing that you're missing half the painting without checking the close-ups. The sad part is that the starfield mostly gets lost upon resizing, and I've no idea how to help that. :
