Tears streaming,
Glistening and gleaming,
Until they shatter silently on the floor.

She’s staring,
Thoughtless and glaring,
Into the metallic parallel universe.

Head throbbing,
Silent and sobbing,
In her own corner of the world.

She’s broken,
Confused and unspoken,
Still standing in an emotional trance.

Nerves shaking,
Dissolving and quaking,
Cracking slowly beneath her figure.

She’s fading,
Ailed and wading,
In a pool of bitter frustration.

World spinning,
Dazed and winning,
Over the little sanity she owns

A poem that was oddly challenging but I'm pleased with it.

Note: "metalic parrallel universe" = mirror in this case

Stock image and I added text and put it on grey scale
