I've been seeing so many super hero's all over the place adn though 'hey...maybe I should do Jir as one' and bingo. Here's the base sketchy.
I dunno what his Alias will be. i was thinking on Breeze or windstike. But Breeze is more his speed. He's cool like that.
anyway. He manipulates Air and what not. There's a story to this about when I first created him adn blah blah blah...check Dev for that. Full descript there. For now. tell me what ya think ^^

He looks kewle! i think its cute the way his tail flows in the wind, an the action lines around his hand.
Sexy exposed tummers. ^^ I think your perspective gets bigger as you go up though. the head is too big or something. I think the muzzle lends to that, and then the torso is too big compared to the waist.
But it looks beautiful, and the hair and stuff looks awsome, and i really like the form of the body you gots going. and the pose is very good! *slurpeth*
