YESH BLONDE I TELL YOU!!!! You didn't think that I was gonna have purple her natural color didja? Anyways, Cartman used to make fun of Roxy, calling her a dumb blonde and stuffs, and Roxy would get upset and cry, so she tried dying her hair brown, but Skippy put food coloring in it, but Roxy being the artistic mind she is, liked it and kept it for so many years. She'll dye it back to blonde, and switching between black when she gets married *cough*
Roxy is OLDER than Kat. But Roxy's is short, and so it appears that she's younger. She's even shorter than Jamie o.o;;
