Tara is usually identifiable by her long dark hair and midnight blue eyes, a combo of both her parents. She is a practicing Shinto, like her mother, and in fact is a miko-in-training at the Hikawa Jinja where she lives with her family. Though it has been over a century the shrine still exists but the grounds have been expanded ten fold. She has a confident, frank personality but with bouts of self-doubt and brooding, which has labeled her alternatively alluring and rude. Because she is a miko-in-training she has been taught to use ofuda to seal or dispel evil, and sometimes suffers from vivid dreams.

Tara's powers are all fire-based projectile attacks.
