A gift for my soulsis, "Aisling the Dream Dragoness" and her mate "Nameless the Illusion Dragon", along with a raven clutching their wedding rings as well as a symbolic sun, moon and eclipse. I bought this nifty parchment stationary the other day and just had to try drawing something monochrome and ancient-looking on it (being that I'm heavily inspired by Brian Froud), plus I've really been wanting to draw Aisling's lovely new dragonform ever since she adopted it. I hope to draw something nice for ALL my soulsibs, one by one, as time and health allows; I just hope they don't mind that I'm so slow. (And I took a bit of artistic license on Nameless' char; his neck isn't supposed to be that long, but I wanted them both to be roughly symmetrical.) :)

Now hun, THAT’S some serious skill! It’s just so beautifully rendered. It’s symmetrical and detailed and just really skillful work. I’m in awe.

This is very beautiful, This thing with drawing on parchment looking-paper seems so itneresting, I will try it as soon as I find some parchment looking paper ; O I really love how you can do two things looking si identical, I always mess such things up. They're so beautiful, I absolutely love the hair and the celtic knotwork. And the raven is too cute ;D

Mmmm... symmetry. Gorgeous work, as always :) Those tailrings are awesome, immediately drew my eye. And his mane is just perfect.

If you're sure you're not an art goddess, can we still worship you as a minor deity?

That is so well detailed and I love the textures! And you keep both symmetrical enough for it to work, but different enough to be so pleasing (like the soft musculature on Aisling!) Just... wow! Instant
!
I totally love this, Swannie!

I really like the composition on this, and I love the balance/contrast of the hair vs. fins on the dragons. Very nice!
