This is Mana
He (yes -
he) is from a japanese visual band called Malice mizer,
a long time ago I've seen a similar photo in a magazine, I don't remember what everything looked like so I tried to do my best to draw him from memory.
I had a bit more patience to draw him, and I'm pleased with the result
