This is drawn in pencil only. It is not edited in with cg in any way.
I must say, out of all the years I have been drawing, I have NEVER drawn anything on a three point perspective. I never understood it and it made me very frustrated every time I tried it. Our art appreciation teacher gave us all a chance to earn some extra credit by drawing something on the one, two, or three point perspective. My first drawing was just on the two point, but it seemed to boring. So, I decided to try the three point just one more time and I can't believe how easy it is! It just takes following the lines and not trying to do your own thing which messes up everything. Well, here it is. I have to give the original away, so I am keeping the copy for myself.

I. DIG. AWSOME. ANGLES!

robonyanya Says:

I'm with Dy on this one...really great to see something with this kind of perspective (something I admit we don't see from you often) done so well! You are the respected art student--hail!

It fills me with this feeling of instability and a little fear, but I think that's the intent. It's cool stuff. And I love the clouds hugging around the...I guess they're very strange buildings.

PhoenixEXE Says:

thats so cool
i never understood what three point persperctive was,but now i know o,oU

SteelVenom Says:

odd....but cool. I like your building style-and the cloudy background gives it a great feel of height and wierdness (without overkilling yourself on background detail). Clever, and resourceful This is an awesome drawing
