Another random pic I was able to make on some spare time I had today. It's basically the generals from Neo Arcadia in hamster/chibi forms... or something.
I promise that my next submission will be a comic strip instead of this random stuff.
Though I have to admit that it is sort of fun to make these kinds of pics. Enjoy.
