happily obliges...making herself look even younger than she really
is. She keeps her hair in two ponytails.

Personality: At first glance, she looks just like a cute, well-
behaved little girl who wouldn't even think of doing anything
bad...But then again, she's Roy's sister, so we all know what's
wrong there. She's actually quite a devious young woman who usually
gets quite the mood swing. She can be very happy one second and
crying and teary the next.
When she's working she's takes her job seriously and responsibly
since what she does could get her killed rather easily. She was
never one to like paperwork, but she does it--though a litle
illegibly.
When it comes to interacting with others, it highly depends on who
it is. To people she likes, she'll be all nice and cute, while to
people she doesn't like she'll be....pretty damn evil. An evil only
a younger sibling can do. She loves Roy, but...it's just too
tempting to annoy him.
Bio: She had any normal beginnings as any child would. She went to
school, made friends played with toys and all that.
She had a brother, too, by the name of Roy Mustang who was well in
the military by the time she started being schooled into alchemy
herself. You can never have too many females in the military!
Annie always wanted to see the ocean, but never really had the
chance to, even was she was stationed near one. She wanted to go see
it with Roy. After spending quite a bit of time out west, she
decided that it was high time to see big brother after so many years
of separation. So, she sent letters in advance to 'forewarn'
everybody at central of her arrival...
Oh, yes. She has a pet doberman named Dreizhen that she oftens takes
with her everywhere. He's like her partner of sorts.
I like her....she's nuts.
