He's cool! He's like one of those deep sea fishes only merman style. He looks quite sad... They way that the lighting is and the water is colored it almost looks like he's in a polluted bay or whatever.
i really like it. You could add some water Caustics and it would bring that art to life. Make it really seem underwater.
