Vantid asked around if some people were willing to draw a bday picture for Nambroth.
I don't know Nambroth in person, but I know her art and I love it a lot and I enjoy drawing Gryphons anyway.
Bought myself a mechanical pencil last week and tried it out.
Feel a bit... oldfashioned and weird as my entry seemed to be the only bw one and one of a very few pieces done in traditional media.
Hrrr... I confess I envy Namroth for that bday gift... so many great pictures... *drool*

This may be one of my favorite pieces by you...so much detail! The anatomy is just amazing -- awesome wings, awesome muscle structre...and don't even get me started on those paws.

I adore the head and front feet. I have great difficulty drawing bird feet, and I just love yours. Wonderful job....*stares at the head some more*
