Those fuzzy slots? well they're obviously for unlockable chars. Which can be yours by defeating the final boss using either of the initial 16 chars available (very much ala SSBM), so, yer pretty much forced to play as the "normals" before getting the full roster ;O~< giggity giggity, allllriiiight
Seel's an unlockable, and her winning quote is "My art kicks your art's ass > :[", even though 0r0's much better ans SASSIER "I'm sorry, but your skill is VOID before mine".............

This rocks. I really don't know where to start - the CGing is great, the ammount of effects and details on this is to die for (the shadows, the spotlight, the text in the background, the character name bars that surely change with each character selected... it's so fun to imagine this. 
) It even has a counter! Wow. Guhhh... it's more complex than I allow my character-select-wannabe-screens to be. .. very KOFish (good 
). It even has unlockables.
