Cencorship is fun

Well, my pc was upgraded so I have more RAM and a better CPU. So I can CG again. This is an old image but I literally just finished CGing it today. Thanks to Maui's photoshop tutorial on Cell shading.

EDIT: I uploaded a new version, so it sort of isnt cell chading anymore. I just couldnt leave it so un detailed. I stont know it it's any good though
