This was done as my piece for the 2003 dragon*con art show. He has a very solid wire and foil armature that was held together with masking tape. Each feather was sculpted and painted individually. This gryphon is a gyrfalcon and snow leopard mix. Without the base he stands 9" tall, 6" wide, and 12" long. Super sculpey, acrylic paints, glass eyes.
