Niceness! I like the choice of colors and the sky background goes well with the image. My only suggestion is to add some shading to the grass around her so she has a shadow. ^^ Other than that, this looks swell.

The shading on the dress is very nice, and the rose is a nice little detail. overall a very nice picture.
yeah... the only complaint I have is that the shine is so obviously psp... sometimes I think it looks nicer to use old fashioned paintbrush effects before going into filter effects... the end outcome can be awesome... check out this person: http://kiberujess.sheezyart.com , she is a fine example of what you can do with a simple paintbrush in photoshop/paintshopPro...
