I tried to do some sort of rembrandt ish lighting, failed utterly. I am trying to design an alternative vantid, cosmic vantid, just becasue i see things in my head, and...symbolism. stuff. is it really almost 7 am?

Charming little pose.
The lighting's nice--it has a nice difference to it--maybe you didn't achieve what you were looking for, but I think you're heading in the right direction.

I dunno.. I think the lighting is pretty close to what Rembrandt used to capture.. you've definitely on the right track with the colorscheme, at any rate.
