my favourite part of this would definatley be the lips/nose area. you're lovely with expressons, and the whole thing gives it such a wonderful punk-propoganda feel.

Radial balance is really cool. (I'm not sure if that's what it's called in english, but uhm.. I mean the way you made the BG) And I like the way you drew her hair + the radiant green color.
Btw her expression looks like mom's been selling her low quality drugs..
I love her mouth/nose area you draw that so well whereas I have problems with those. After looking at this for a while the two front hair bits remind me of doggy ears OH NOES ANTHROES
