Patropi is a contraction of " País Tropical", who means "Tropical Country".
This image is a joke about the fact that Carmem Miranda, one of the biggest Brazilian symbols isn't Brazilian, but a woman Portuguese who lived here. I "actualized" the scene with one of our biggest problems in the actual days, here in Brazil, the piracy....
