Again uploaded from my DA section
Finally updated my Zero.exe and I am quite happy with the way he turned out now. My verison of Zero.exe was not a virus as he is in Transmission but rather he was a Net Navi made before Bass, hence the name Zero.exe. He is more like a prototype net navi. When Bass came along and they were tested they did not get along well Zero was the only Navi during the testing that could defeat Bass. One of Wily's old atempts at attcking the net happaned causeing Zero to be lost from the system where Bass was. He was presumed deleted, till he returned one day to aid Netto and MegaMan against Bass.
He is more a wonderer in this he does not stick and help out MegaMan he only appears to help him when he is around ^^ kinda like a wondering Ronin I guess

Some things of note. Bass wasn't the first Net Navi, he was jsut the first 'independant' Net Navi free of an opperator.
Secondly, the whole helmet/head clashes with the rest of his design quite fiercely. A reploid Helmet doesn't look very good on a Net Navi body, the artistic and designs style are quite a bit differen't.
