"Chaos Mage?! You're HIM- I mean, HER?" ~ Lady Phantom Chaos
Yep, it's the one and only Chaos Mage. This is her halfway mark picture. Not in her true form and not in her human guise. Chaos Mage was an actual human who was murdered for being blind. She, as a spirt, combined with a dark spirt who truly was a Chaos Knight. They became one, creating the mysterious SS class "demon" Chaos Mage.
BTW: Foot angles/posses are evil!!! And yes, her horns do not match. I can't remember what picture I saw on here or DA that inspired that pose.
