For those of you who don't know who he is, he is the voice actor (seiyuu) of over 50+ anime titles~~~ AND, the whole world knows I'm such a huuugee fan of him.
So here's a quick little dedication to him, done with mostly OpenCanvas 3.02 and also Photoshop 7.0

Seki Tomakazu ROCKS.
Though I think he would have fit better as Ryuichi's voice, simply because he has the randomness...and he can sing better, too. But he was great as Chichiri :3
