This is a work in progress so no, It's not completely finished yet, it needs some tweaking and a background, obviously, but for now I'm throwing it out here. I'll post the final as I finish it.
Mievzar: my dark gray unicorn (with black mane and tail). He's been around since I was a little girl. He would play hide and seek with me around the house when my parents were busy with other things. :) He was more innocent back then; his horn was a pearly-white, his coat a slight dusty gray, and his mane was the color of wispy smoke. As I've grown, so has he. Each trial I've faced throughout my short life, has effected him as well. It's natural. He's an extension of my innermost thoughts, feelings, desires--a reflection of my soul. He's not evil. He's, honestly, a very wise unicorn. He's just a little more cynical than he used to be. I'll write a whole little story about him one of these days...
The idea is to have a more industrial background. Rusted & riveted metal or stained, graffitied brick... urban-gritty-unclean-modern. I just need to decide on where I want that to go.
I'll be gone for a few weeks, so this piece is going to sit this way for a while, but that might not be a bad thing. In the meantime I might beable to brainstorm on a few improvements/additions to make.
Drawn, cleaned-up, and inked by traditional means. Scanned and colored in PS:CS.
Mievzar and his design is, 100%, of my design. Steal him, and I will kill you.

He is quite handsome. It's also very interesting and amazing to see the changes that time and our own experiences have wrought upon our life-long character companions. You can almost track yourself by their development.

Wow. Those runes on the horn are really cool--and make it seem even more powerful, like its the runes that make it unbreakable.
God! *adds it to favs, she's so taken aback* You're on my watch--It's good to get into realistic horses for a change on my part!
Could you save the finsished one seperately? Cause it looks so nice as it is, mysterious-like
