The story behind her is she is a Time Scout. the Time Scouts are headed by Pluto to fight a bad guy who's attacking Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion, as well as the original scouts, in the time stream. Pluto goes way into the future to get these scouts. Tyler (Sailor Century) is the first she chooses.
