A dolphin and a new born calf travel accross the coral reef to rejoin their pod ^^ Worked really hard on this one, even if I did go over the top with the bubbles, and I'm really pleased how it turned out

Christian Lassen [link]! I love how he has that sort of cartoonish but still realistic look to his paintings! Referance most of his dolphin pics for the adult dolphin ... the calf I had a go at on my own ... which is probably why it's so difformed lookin

the calf doesn't look deformed, just a little short (and perhaps a little pudgy) but incredibly cute. on the whole it is a wonderfull piece.
