Drew a female harpy. Meh to a lot of this pic, her head is generally too big, and I'm not sure if I'll ever clean it up. I just wanted to design one of those crazy tribal chicks that scare the crap out of my nerdharpy.
She's based on a shrike, which is a cute fluffy little birdie who IMPALES DEAD PREY ON THORNS FOR LATER CONSUMPTION
