Hobo Phoenix is an Apollo Justice exclusive character. Despite being called "Hobo" as a nick-name he actually does have a home and an adopted daughter(Trucy). I know Phoenix's newest station in the Apollo Justice universe makes many mad/sad, but I assure you things will look up for the down on his luck attorney.

Phoenix Wright is by his garbage can...A hobo's best friend. Also note the button on his cap. It is the same one that Ema has from Case 5 in the first Phoenix Wright game! That's right...It's a gift from Ema Skye!
